Personal Information
We do not sell, rent, loan or trade any personal information collected at our site, including software registration forms or e-mail lists. We will not under any circumstances pass on your e-mail address to other companies! In the case that you request a "Children" booklet (by sending us a donation) your shipping address will be forwarded to the publication house where the "Children" booklet is printed, so you can receive this booklet and further materials directly.

9. You may deregister at any time and for any reason and we may terminate your registration for any reason without notifying you.

10. It is not allowed to include in your profile any telephone numbers, mailing addresses, last names, internet or email addresses that doesn't belong to you.

11. If any provision of this agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Aupairsite.com is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content that was published by any user of the website.

13. Aupairsite.com is not responsible for the errors of the website. The user have to take into account and accept that possible errors, technical problems or damage of the users profile may occur.

14. Aupairsite.com is not responsible for the behavior of any user of the website.

15. You are the only person who is responsible for the content that you publish or transmit at/to the website or other members. You are the only person who is responsible for your interactions with other users on our site

16. We do not provide any review of au pairs or au pair seekers. We do not give any guaranty or proof that a family or an au pair is in good ethical standings. You have to take security messurements when meeting or working for someone. We cannot in any way be held responsible for any of the information or agreement given by any party.
We will not in any way be responsible for any fraudulence, carelessness or
criminal activities.

16. Any dispute regarding the website and/or service will be governed by the laws of Germany. The place of trial shall be Hamburg-Germany if there will be any dispute.
